Refund policy

All products returned must be within 10 days of purchase, unused, undamaged, 100% complete, and contain ALL original boxes and packing material, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer, otherwise restock fees will apply. Any writing or defacement will result in the RMA to be refused and sent back to the customer.

End User is responsible for all shipping charges back to the distributor on returned items. We strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
